Card game produced by the corrupt Vichy Government of France during the war extolling the virtues they decided their citizens should adopt, while not adopting any of them themselves. 10 virtues X 5 cards, so, 50 cards complete, fairly crudely made on wartime restrictions thick card but they are in great condition with original box and info card. "Du Musee National D L' Education" in Rouen has an incomplete set of just 18 cards. Very unusual deck of French social/military significance.
